Site Manager Cliff Reader and his family visited Rainbow Ward at the QEQM (Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother) hospital to present them with a donation.
Cliff raised £356 by recycling materials from his current project in Canterbury. Upon hearing this news, MD Martin Sandall decided to boost this total by £150, making the grand total £506!
Rainbow Ward is very close to Cliff’s heart, as his grandson Jacob has been looked after by the team there. He remarked that it was great to visit the Ward for such a positive experience. He brought along members of his family, his wife Eileen Reader, daughter Hannah Marley and three grandchildren, Jacob, Alfie and Becky Marley.
Martin Sandall said “We are really proud of Cliff’s efforts to raise money for Rainbow Ward. It obvious for all to see that the work done there so clearly positively impacts not only Jacob’s wellbeing, but all the other patients too.”
