We make it a priority to consider local supply chain partners to support the communities where we work and where practicable will propose SMEs and start-up organisations, all as part of our social value commitments. Our local spend is monitored on every project.

Involving companies as early as possible in the delivery of our projects, often in the initial design stages, maximises the potential value that their expert knowledge and experience can bring. Collaboration, team-working and open and honest interactions, set the early foundations for a positive and proactive construction performance and strengthens the bond we have with our supply chain.

Testament to the success of our supply chain partnerships, is the continued high standards of quality workmanship, programme achievement and exemplary health and safety records demonstrated throughout our construction sites, which has led to our unrivalled reputation. It is imperative that of our supply chain partners work with us to deliver our social value objectives, providing work placements, trade apprenticeships, attendance at career days and taking part in our on-site ‘Industry Insight Days’ during which we showcase construction sector careers to encourage future generations to come into our sector.

On smaller scale projects, undertaken by our in-house department Park Farm Construction, we utilise the skills of our directly employed skilled multi-trades people, to ensure we are competitive in our approach and the work is carried out to programme and the highest quality.

Our fellow in-house divisions of Park Farm Joinery and Glazing prioritise Jenner contracts in the delivery of high-quality bespoke products. We also have the added benefit of our subsidiary businesses Reina – who deliver plumbing and heating services to many of our projects and our latest addition in Park Farm Civils to deliver groundworks services, both adding immense value and expertise to our service offering.
