Our landmark project for Dartford Borough Council has been handed over today, marking the completion of 25 new homes for local residents.
Located on Temple Hill Square and named ‘Hill View’, the project is the first homes to be built by the Council for 40 years.
The scheme provide 12 three bedroom town houses, 12 two bedroom flats and a one bedroom flat for the local community and has been developed using a traditional solution.
Dartford BC have been allocating homes to residents over the last few months and keys will be handed over to the first batch of residents next week. Dartford BC hope this scheme will free up other accommodation in the area, including moving residents out of homes that are too big or too small for their needs.
Our relationship with Dartford BC continues after the handover of this project, with Jenner being awarded the development of 51 houses and flats at Coleridge Road, five minutes from the Hill View site. This project commences on site on the next few weeks, with construction scheduled for completion in Autumn/Winter 2018.
