This project saw the demolition of the former Chantry Social Club on Lower Chantry Lane to make way for 32 apartments across 5 storeys. These apartments are for private sale, shared ownership and affordable rent.
The site was very restricted, with neighbours, including a Premier Inn, on all sides. A lot of work was undertaken in the Pre-Construction stage to develop good relationships with the neighbours to allow the work to go ahead, with minimal disruption.
Due to the restrictions of space on site, the project was developed using off site manufacturing.
