Contracted to undertake the design and construction of the multi-million pound investment on behalf of Rapport Healthcare & Living, the new build development has regenerated a former dis-used, derelict care home facility, bringing the site back to life and its former use.

The fully accessible state-of-the-art extra care facility, built over three storeys with all 51 apartments providing en-suite bathroom facilities and open-plan living, includes communal facilities with external balcony areas for the residents to enjoy including dining areas and a hairdressing salon. Externally, beautifully landscaped gardens and resident and visitor parking completes the scheme.
