Whilst contracted to deliver Phase 4 of the Lakewood development Jenner were engaged to deliver further works to the nearby garage site.

Following the demolition of existing garages occupying the site, Jenner successfully delivered a development of 9 apartments over 4 storeys along with associated communal areas, terraces, balconies and car parking spaces. The development maximised the space of a tight site regenerating the disused area to provide further essential housing.
