Following fire damage to a number of units, we were selected by Town and Country Housing group to rebuild the destroyed section at the Tannery.

15 units, 5 three bed homes and 10 two bed flats were replaced, 4 of which are refurbishments.

The rebuild was constructed using timber frame to complement the rest of the development to allow the units to be replaced ‘as was’.
