Managing all operational aspects of this division of Jenner including health and safety, programming, resourcing, training, quality and client relations, Paul is an integral part of the Park Farm Civils management team.
He has a long-spanning career which has given him an extensive knowledge and wealth of experience in all aspects of Civil Engineering, progressing from a site engineer into Director-level roles in previous businesses.
From the management of laying traditional heritage style paving, to the doors of Canterbury Cathedral, to the full construction of the Julie Rose Stadium as well as airport works both airside and public interface, it is safe to say Paul’s experience is vast and wide-ranging.
Most notably he is incredibly well versed at both pre-commencement and planning stages right through to delivery which allows him to expertly advise his teams at all stages of a contract. His experience formulating bulk earthworks strategies and delivering main drainage schemes, highway construction and refurbishment, concrete structures and housing infrastructure makes him the perfect fit for Park Farm Civils
Paul prides himself on helping others to find solutions whilst improving processes and procedures and loves to overcome logistical issues. A firm believer in nurturing future generations he regularly imparts his knowledge to guide those less experienced in his team to help them progress in their career.
