Meet The Team

Open accountability and honest communication is paramount within the Reina team.

Every team member’s input is valued from management through to our vast team of professional & friendly engineers and our trainee apprentices.

Ricky Reina

Managing Director of Reina

Ricky is the lifeblood of Reina – our acquired plumbing and heating contractor and exudes energy and enthusiasm in all he does.

When intentions to become a professional footballer didn’t quite go to plan Ricky trained as a plumber before establishing his own business back in 2003 and has remained hands-on in his trade ever since.

Ricky guides this aspect of the Jenner Group forwards, delivering mechanical services to a high percentage of Jenner projects within the residential sector as well as many external clients, and is driving forwards the sustainability agenda through his commitment to renewable technologies for energy efficiencies in the longer-term and the retrofit agenda.

Whilst leading Reina is beyond a full-time job, he still finds time to break a Guiness World Record from time to time and is infamous for his escapades as part of the duo known as the ‘Atlantic Avengers’ in rowing across the Atlantic ocean back in 2019.

Charlotte Reina

Accounts Director

Charlotte has been instrumental in building the business alongside Ricky over the past 23 years. From the very beginning, working in the business was always going to be a challenge. Their eldest son, Thomas, was born in the first month the business was formed in 2003. Despite this, Charlotte has successfully raised four amazing children while being a steadfast support and balance for both the business and Ricky.

In her professional capacity, Charlotte has overseen the accounts department, ensuring its smooth operation and financial integrity. Her dedication and expertise have been pivotal in maintaining the financial health of the company. In 2024, Charlotte also matched Ricky’s rowing achievements by winning a bronze medal in the British indoor rowing championships.

Chris Smith

Estimating and Purchasing Director

Chris is one of the most vital driving forces behind Reina. Running the entire estimating department and always leading by example, he strives to improve everything we do and loves the taste of victory when winning a tender.

With over 18 years of dedicated service at Reina, Chris is committed to helping everyone around him, both staff and clients whilst nurturing future generations. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and his commitment to excellence and support is unwavering.
