We proactively engage with our local community in many different ways from partnering with local educational establishments to offer advice, guidance and inspiration, promoting construction to futureproof our industry, voluntarily engaging in steering groups and committees through to support of local sporting activities, cultural & community engagement initiatives and localised celebratory awards schemes through targeted, meaningful sponsorships.
Each year sizeable charitable donations, reflective of our levels of turnover, are made to local charities and we actively encourage and support our team to participate in fundraising activities.
Within the construction industry advocating best practice procedures is vital and we are proactive in supporting initiatives to promote construction as a worthy career choice to all ages by working with organisations such as the Construction Youth Trust, CIOB and CITB. We remain a major provider of work experience and provide bespoke site and office-based placements throughout the year, tailored to the interests and aspirations of local school and college students.
