Over the years Jenner have completed several flagship, iconic builds that have ultimately raised the profile of the Jenner brand in demonstrating our distinct capabilities for delivering complex, challenging schemes. From delivery back in 1936 of a European-first when the Rotunda was built in our hometown of Folkestone to a world-first in bringing F51 – a multi-storey skateboarding park to life in more recent years.
Whilst openly embracing the creative and the complicated our core work sits firmly in delivering high-quality, best value projects within the private and affordable housing, care, education, health and community sectors, working throughout Kent and Sussex and into the outer London Boroughs of Bromley and Bexley.
Whether luxury new beachfront houses and apartments or more affordable housing developments delivering essential new homes for local people, residential is notably our most prominent sector, with developments ranging in scale from a handful of new homes to well in excess of 200 units. In recent years the care sector has raised in prominence for Jenner and creates a high proportion of our workload. Ultimately, we have built a team that can deliver the highly complex and take this experience and use it to add value to projects that, whilst more straightforward on the surface, have their own intrinsic challenges.
