With much attention over recent years drawn to the growing multi-million-pound residential developments and iconic projects being delivered by Jenner.
A consequence of this was a misperception in the marketplace that Jenner had become too large to deliver smaller scale projects or worse, that these projects were no longer of interest to us.
Formerly known as our ‘General Works’ department the term ‘general’ was felt to be somewhat derisory when representing a sizeable investment for our clients and which are delivered with the same quality and care you would expect of any scheme being constructed by Jenner. As such, careful consideration was given how best to structure, identify and promote this department going forwards.
Park Farm Construction was ultimately launched in 2023, and its branding is wholly aligned to the wider Jenner Group, with the intention to overcome any confusion throughout the wider local industry.
