At Park Farm Joinery we are incredibly proud of our team of twelve skilled joiners and the apprentices and trainees we are nurturing to ensure longevity of our skills and expertise, so that every member of the team fulfils their own ambitions whilst together producing joinery items to the highest quality.

Chris Stone

Park Farm Joinery Manager

Chris took to the helm of Park Farm Joinery in the latter part of 2023 having joined the business in the July of that year. As an experienced carpenter, Joiner, setter out and wood machinist Chris has brought a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the team to drive this aspect of the Jenner group forwards whilst nurturing future talent along the way.

You could say Chris’ career has gone full circle having commenced his career just a stones throw (no pun intended!) from PFJ, literally across the road with Pemico Products where he completed his four-year apprenticeship to become a qualified Joiner.

He subsequently ran his own business for thirteen years, gained experience as an on-site carpenter and worked for numerous other joinery businesses in both Kent and London working on some highly prestigious projects along the way.

Chris is such a hands-on manager and so immersed within his team you could say he is certainly part of the furniture (again, no pun intended!)

Sandra Lacey

Joinery Co-Ordinator

Joining the team in March 2007 as a part-time secretary, undertaking all administrative duties Sandra progressed to the role of full-time Joinery Co-ordinator 7 years later. Prior to this she had an interesting career making bespoke handmade envelopes for various companies including many major banks, the Royal Household and Foreign Embassies.

Her role is fundamental to the efficient operation and day-to-day running of the department, critically ensuring all delivery dates are met, client expectations are exceeded through our quality standards and nurtured relations, and all whilst ensuring the team is kept safe and well at all times.

With 18 years of service Sandra is the longest serving female within the Jenner Group and has formed a strong bond with her team and colleagues throughout Jenner.

Sandra is a trained First Aider as well as a Mental Health First Aider, Fire Marshall and Face mask fit tester.

Max Winstanley

Joinery Supervisor

Max started his career working for Howard Joinery while attending Folkestone College, passing his Level 2 & 3 NVQ diploma in Bench Joinery.

He continued to work full time at Howard Joinery working delivering bespoke products to many prestigious projects including Dreamland Margate Rollercoaster, Canterbury Cathedral, Walmer Castle as well as windmill repairs to the Thames Estuary.

Max subsequently joined Park Farm Joinery in 2020 as a Bench Joiner and in 2022 he was promoted to the role of Supervisor, overseeing 8 operatives within the workshop.

He works closely with the Joinery Manager ensuring the smooth running of the workshop to meet delivery time frames whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all workshop employees, carrying out machine safety checks and monitoring the noise level of operations.
