Constructing the future; Jenner delighted to be appointed as Ashford College’s preferred contractor.

Jenner are incredibly proud to be appointed as the main contractor to build the latest project on behalf of EKC Group, at their Ashford College campus on Elwick Road.

Having nurtured relationships with the group over many years, Jenner are delighted to reignite a working partnership following the success of previous projects completed at their Folkestone College campus in recent years.

Procured via the SEC Framework, Jenner have been appointed under a design and build contract to deliver the multi-million-pound build, which will extend and enhance the existing educational facility in the heart of Ashford. The two and three storey building will deliver new mechanical engineering and production technology facilities to the campus, alongside new plumbing and electrical workshops. In addition, teaching classrooms are provided on the upper floors and the contract includes the internal fit out and all associated external works.

Working with architectural practice HNW and engineer Fairhurst the works are now progressing through pre-construction stages ,and are due to commence on site this summer (2022) with completion timed ahead of the new academic year in 2023.
