We are fully conversant with managing the design process from an early stage through the large volume of design and build contracts we regularly undertake and as such we have established excellent working relationships with a strong supply chain of designers and consultants, both local and from further afield. This experience also enables us to add value to projects where we are employed on a traditional basis. Early contractor engagement is strongly advocated to ensure we can share our construction knowledge, experience and advice with our clients and their teams to ensure the best possible outcome for their projects.
