Leader of Dover District Council visits William Muge and Snelgrove.
Date: September 2020
The William Muge & Snelgrove development, being delivered on behalf of Dover District Council, is due to handover next Spring (2021) and will offer a mix of apartment and townhouse living in the heart of Dover.
During his visit to the site, high praise was received from Cllr Bartlett who openly expressed that he was “most impressed” with the ongoing development and articulated his excitement at seeing a tower crane on the town’s horizon due to the inward investment and development for the future that this signifies.
Incredibly strong working relationships have been established between Jenner and the project team at Dover District Council who voiced that the excellent collaboration between client and contractor has ensured this development, so essential to the town’s ongoing regeneration, has continued to evolve at pace and to the highest standards, even in light of ongoing COVID restrictions!
The development is split into two separate sites on Harold Street in Dover, as depicted on the main aerial CGI above. The William Muge site on the left hand side will provide 29 apartments, all a mix of 1 and two bedrooms and 3 townhouses whilst the site furthest right, Snelgrove, provides 9 townhouses to the rear of the site and 24 apartments at the front.
“The Dover District Council client team would also like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude and thank you for working with us to realize our vision of creating aspirational homes that will be of benefit to the whole community. We are truly convinced that when finished this development will play its part in changing people’s perception and demonstrating that Dover is ‘Open for business’.”
