Martin’s Marathon Miles Make a Difference!

On Sunday 21st April, Managing Director Martin Sandall fulfilled his lifelong ambition in completing the London Marathon, crossing the finish line in an impressive 4:03!

Not only did he totally smash his first-ever Marathon, in doing so he has raised a truly remarkable amount of money and vastly increased awareness for local charity ‘Donations with a Difference’. As a wholly volunteer led charity every penny will go into the pot to help those in need who apply to the charity for a grant. Helping children and adults throughout Kent the charity truly makes a difference to the lives of others and even small sums of money can be life changing for the recipients.

Motivated every step of the way by the amazing London crowds, and by a super-resilient and determined support crew of family and friends who braved the chaos to cheer him on at many different locations (with hugs and jelly babies at the ready!) it was a fabulous and unforgettable day!

The kindness and generosity of every single donator has been such a motivating factor for Martin, whether personal contributions or those from businesses, every single penny has been wholly appreciated and contributed to such a staggering amount raised which stands at well over £20,000!

The biggest thank you must go to all of the legendary businesses who have so generously and kindly donated to become main ‘vest’ sponsors, and which has vastly increased the sum raised for such a deserving cause.
