This new facility comprises four classrooms, a servery, WC and offices together with a large performance studio/theatre divided centrally by an atrium area.

Constructed of timber frame with integral steel supports the facility is enveloped by Eternit boarding, cedar boarding and aluminium curtain walling. The roof covering is aluminium standing seam with associated fascias and soffits and the roof also contains rooflights to give light to the central area.

Internally the performance studio includes specialist installations such as stage lighting, a sound booth and stage curtains.
