The accommodation is split across two separate blocks with Block 1 consisting of 100 residential units and the remaining 60 units housed within Block 2. The scheme was designed by Canterbury-based practice ON Architecture who worked with Jenner throughout the project. Delivered throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the project was challenged by ongoing material and labour delays and shortages and nestled within a built-up residential area, essential relations were nurtured with the surrounding community.  

The scheme was handed over to client Kirk Real Estate in 2022.
