Jenner are exceptionally proud to be crowned as the winners of the Considerate Constructors National Gold Award cited as receiving the accolade for our incredible standards and exceptional approach in delivering the Harmonia (Dementia) Village in Dover, which completed in 2019.

Gold for Team Jenner at the Considerate Contractors National Awards!

The Harmonia Village project was integral to society in addressing the growing numbers of people living with Dementia by sympathetically regenerating redundant properties at the Buckland Hospital in Dover to provide residential accommodation and respite care in the heart of Dover. Harmonia is the UK’s first ever dementia village of its kind and allows those living with dementia to live as independently as possible for as long as possible and is a truly inspiring project.

High praise is extended to our Site Manager Kirk Longman for his unrelenting enthusiasm and tireless efforts to ensure the Jenner team worked in the most considerate of manners at every stage of the build, whilst proactively engaging with the local community and sharing his knowledge and passion for construction with students visiting the site. This highly esteemed industry accolade is thoroughly deserved for Kirk and all the team involved!!
