Jenner Group announces launch of Park Farm Construction

There has been much attention drawn to the growing multi-million-pound residential developments and iconic projects being delivered by Jenner. This includes the recent completion of F51 (the World’s first multi-storey Skate Park) the ongoing delivery of 189 affordable new homes in the heart of Canterbury, and the prestigious development of Folkestone seafront to bring 84 high-end luxury new homes to the town. This has pushed the company to be seen as much more than a regional contractor and often considered within the same realms of national contractors. A consequence of this has been a perception in the marketplace that Jenner has become too large to deliver smaller projects. The term ‘General’ was also felt to be somewhat derisory to this nature of works – very often these projects represent a sizeable investment for clients and the projects deserve to be delivered with the quality and care you would expect of any scheme being constructed by Jenner. As such, careful consideration was given how best to structure, identify and promote this department going forwards.

The new name and its branding are wholly aligned to the wider Jenner Group, with the intention to reduce any misconception throughout the wider local industry. It has also been created to ensure longevity for this aspect of the business, which is so important to the longstanding heritage of Jenner.

With an in-house team of skilled, knowledgeable trades and operatives, Park Farm Construction is led by experienced Operations Director Tony Collins. The company will manage all types of projects, for both domestic and commercial clients, up to a value of £500,000.
