Chapman’s Close

Delivered on behalf of longstanding, repeat client Ashford Borough Council, this project saw the design and construction of a two-storey, detached, high-dependency dwelling following demolition of existing garages on the site. This fully DDA compliant home comprised a lift, three-bedrooms, dining and living areas, a first-floor bathroom and a wet room to the ground floor. Externally, additional car parking spaces were created, and roof mounted Solar PV panels were installed for energy efficiencies.

Located at the end of a residential close, alongside a row of terraced properties, resident liaison and good communications were essential throughout the project.
