St Margaret’s, Cliffe

Working on behalf of a private client, extensive internal and external refurbishment works were delivered to this stunning, 3-storey, turn of the 20th century, detached residential property overlooking the sea at St Margaret’s Bay in Kent.

Undertaken by our in-house multi-skilled trade teams and trusted, approved supply chain, works comprised of new electrical and mechanical installations, new bathrooms, damp-proofing and full decorations throughout including upgrades to the cellar as well as landscaping externally.

Park Farm Joinery our internal joinery department fabricated the new staircase. Completed in 2024 careful coordination was essential whilst working alongside another contractor on site delivering works to The Orangery.
