Whitecliffs

Working close to home, PFC were engaged to carry out substantial refurbishment works over two phases to ageing properties dating back to the seventies. The works to the Whitecliffs apartments in Folkestone involved replacement of all glass balustrading, as well as essential external repairs and redecorations to a total of 54 apartments. The works were carried out over two phases to minimise disruption to the residents, and the end result is a modernised, compliant residential building vastly improved both internally and externally.
