As part of the fast expanding CATS College campus, based on the New Dover Road in Canterbury, the Marlowe House and Chaucer Lodge developments provide new residential accommodation for boarding students.

In total 106 accommodation units were delivered across the two blocks all with ensuite bathroom facilities and finished to a high-specification with superior fixtures and fittings.

Alongside the residential accommodation, the new areas provide a common room and shared social spaces for the students to study and socialise, as well as a new cafe.

As the project was located within the middle of a live campus environment, logistics and site management were top priority, safely segregating staff and students to allow works to progress and for the College to operate normally without disturbance.
