Situated in the heart of Tonbridge this new build extra care facility provides 59 one and two bedroom apartments for the over 55 demographic.

Each individual apartment offers a kitchen diner, open plan living space and accessible en-suite wet rooms. Alongside this, the scheme provides communal facilities to generate a sense of community amongst the residents including lounge and shared dining space as well as landscaped gardens and seating areas externally.

The scheme offers residents the privacy and independence of their own private apartment with the opportunity to socialise and the peace of mind generated by the community spirit and warm atmosphere that is evident throughout the home.

Completed in 2018 Jenner are now on site delivering our second 51 unit extra care home for valued client Rapport Housing and Care, based in Wateringbury, which progresses well for completion in the Autumn (2020).
