The site was originally occupied by a care home, which had become unfit for purpose and was demolished prior to our work commencing. The project was facilitated through our relationship with sister company Leath Park Developments.
Work started in November 2016 and completed at the end of 2017. Vulcan Close is adjacent to another of our projects – Joy Lane Primary School in Whitstable, where we built a new teaching block.
