Of steel frame and partial, pre-fabricated SIP construction, this new, multi-purpose building brings a wealth of new amenities for students living and studying at the Canterbury campus of the University of Kent.

Finished externally with larch cladding, this two-storey building features a glass balustrade balcony and an outside, wooden seating area.

Internally, the construction is home to a large, bar and cafe arena with contemporary seating areas and striking wall features, a good-sized convenience store, private study spaces, an IT hub and two well-equipped modern dance studios on the first floor.
