Owing to the strong relationships established during design and construction of the adjoining Amberstone Road site, Jenner were appointed to deliver a further 47 new homes of similar design and construction to complement its neighbouring development.

The residential development includes various external communal green spaces such as play areas, attenuation ponds and decorative landscaping.

The project is now complete and in occupation, providing affordable new homes for private sale and shared ownership to the local people of Hailsham.
