Beech Hurst Care Home is the third project Jenner have been contracted to build on behalf of our valued client Care UK, following delivery of two successful schemes in Whitstable and Ashford (Kent).

The project saw the design and construction of a new, 72-bedroom care home over three storeys which includes communal areas internally such as lounges, a bespoke cinema room, dining areas and a hair and beauty salon as well as delightful communal gardens externally.

Every bedroom has assisted en-suite bathroom facilities and the numerous nurses stations and staff areas carefully spaced throughout the building provide hands-on 24/7 care and reassurance for the elderly residents.

Work completed and handed over to our client in October 2021.
