This scheme sees our third venture with much valued client Avery Healthcare, having successfully completed an 85-bedroom, luxury care home in Edenbridge, along with a further care home currently under construction in Gravesend, Kent.

In-line with the client’s renowned, high standards of luxury accommodation and quality care provision, this new, 70-bedroom home will feature well-presented and tastefully decorated communal areas comprising lounges, dining rooms, a hair and beauty salon, cinema rooms and charming, landscaped gardens.  

Our teams commenced the construction of the scheme in August 2023, adopting traditional masonry structural methods, with the care home set for handover to the client in summer 2025.
