The vision for this project started with our sister development company – Leath Park Developments following the purchase of the land and the subsequent co-ordination of the planning submission for the proposed scheme.

The project to deliver 24 apartments and 4 houses for social rent was packaged as a ‘land and build’ opportunity and presented to our longstanding client MOAT Homes who we are delighted to be working with again to provide the new homes.

Following the demolition of an existing house on the land, the new development, formed of traditional masonry construction will be fuelled in its entirety by electrical energy.

Our teams started work on-site in March 2023, with a 2-year programme ahead, set for completion in Spring 2025. We are pleased to be joined by Employer’s Agent Churchill Hui and Architects OSG to deliver the scheme, both organisations with which we have previously collaborated on similar projects.
