Following the identification of the site, we presented this ‘land and build’ opportunity to the client and are very pleased to be delivering the scheme that will bring 23 houses and 15 apartments for social rent residents in the area.

On a former greenfield site, the homes of traditional masonry construction will be the first dwellings for Jenner, to be designed and constructed under the new Building Regulations updated in March 2023.

Situated adjacent to a school for children with special educational needs, we will consider meaningful ways to engage with the staff and pupils there, to maximise our contribution to the local community throughout the programme duration.  

Works commenced in June 2023 with completion due November 2024. We are pleased to be joined by Employer’s Agent Martin Arnold and Architects Taylor Hare to deliver the scheme.
