All of the new homes will be affordable with 120 to be offered for shared ownership, with the remaining100 allocated for social rent. The new homes will offer a carefully considered mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats, and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. These affordable new homes will only be available to families who do not already own a home and who will live in the area full time.
Alongside these much-needed homes for the local region, the project will include a new spine road taking traffic away from the narrow and often congested Church Lane, as well as amply parking, allotment plots, a four-hectare biodiversity area and green open spaces including equipped play areas.
The show home will be available to prospective residents in the Autumn of 2025, with the first homes available to follow shortly after. The development will be completed in 2028.
