On behalf of valued longstanding client, developer Rogate, Jenner have completed the design and construction of 13 bespoke new country homes on a former redundant green-field site set in the heart of the popular village of Stelling Minnis (Kent).

The stunning development has created 11 traditional three and four bedroomed homes for private sale as well two properties for affordable housing provision.

The homes of timber frame construction are a balanced mix of terraced and detached properties and their design, by local practice CDP Architecture, compliments the rural setting perfectly utilising materials traditionally found in Kentish villages. Situated next to the Rose & Crown Public House and close to other local amenities the properties offer the perfect mix of village living with a contemporary feel.

The new homes were handed over for occupation in 2022.
