Prior to the Christmas shutdown the Jenner team were delighted to officially break-ground in Tenterden (Kent) where we are delivering a new state-of-the-art 64 bed Care Home on behalf of our client Barchester Care.

The small ceremony was held in the company of the project delivery team with client and consultant representatives in attendance and who took charge of officially ‘turning the first sod’ in this longstanding construction tradition to officially mark the commencement of works.  

This latest care sector project follows the successful delivery of many similar projects across Kent and Sussex which has positioned us well as a delivery partner of choice for many care home providers across the South-East.

The project, of traditional masonry construction, is now progressing well with completion anticipated for Summer 2026.
